A wide range of ceramics and pottery courses for adults and children
Whichford Pottery - Workshops
- February 20, 2016 to February 20, 2016
Our workshops are fun - no experience necessary! You will be taught throwing and hand-building techniques in small groups by two of our highly-skilled potters.
Curtis Benzle - Porcelain - Colour and Light

The class is open to everyone. While in the past we have had many exceptional artists in the class, we have also had many people with no previous experience with clay. We will require no previous knowledge of ceramics again this year as we will be using specific techniques that do not require any "art talent".

- May 27, 2016 to May 30, 2016
The 'Original' workshop course will include the use of burnishing and terra sigillata to provide the smooth and polished surface ideal for these 'naked clay' techniques. There will be tips on how to make work for successful firing, how to achieve those solid blacks and whites and the use of colour in naked raku. FULL
