William
Plumptre makes a range of stoneware pieces including domestic pots. He
is well known for his press moulded and one off pieces such as bowls
and vases.
Technical InformationHe fires in a 40 cu ft downdraft gas kiln to orton cone 11 and uses wood ash and local granite glazes whenever possible. History
